Free Wi-Fi and great air conditioning, but noisy from the trolley outside.

The parking situation is a definite plus with free spaces available, and the double queen room provides a lovely ocean view that enhances the stay. However, noise from the streetcars can disturb sleep as they run close to the building, especially during early mornings. Simple and clean accommodations made the visit comfortable, yet the absence of breakfast was disappointing, considering the price point.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Great American Music Hall and enjoyed the vibe at Ocean Beach. The location is super convenient for getting around. There’s free parking. Rooms were clean, and the area felt safe. Nice cafes nearby, too!
The only downside was the noise from the rooms above. You could hear every step, which made it a bit disruptive at times.

The room was really clean and had a nice beachy vibe. Beds were comfortable, which was great. I liked that we could see the ocean from our window. Just a heads up, though—there's some noise from the rooms above. It’s pretty quiet overall, especially being near the beach.

I enjoyed my stay at the Seascape Inn. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the ocean beach. I loved that parking was free, which is a rare find in San Francisco. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of light came through the windows, and I appreciated having a desk for my laptop. The proximity to public transport made it easy to explore the city. However, the room insulation needs improvement. I could hear noise from the rooms above. The housekeeping service wasn't consistent. my room went uncleaned during my stay. A deep clean throughout the hotel would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, this spot is a good value for those looking to explore the city.

Do recommend for an overnight stay.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a newly remodeled bathroom that made my stay enjoyable, along with free parking which was a huge bonus given the usual costs in the area and easy access to the N line light rail for exploring the city.
No breakfast options available.
